Do We Have Catalogues ? Due to aiming to keep our prices to a minimum and the ever increasing range of products supplied we do not produce catalogues. If you go to our showroom section you’ll find all of the latest products available within each category. This showroom section is being updated and added to daily. If you cannot find a particular item simply ring, fax or E-Mail us.
We can organise any product from a particular manufacturer provided that manufacturer is one of our suppliers.
Do we have fabric swatches ? Fabric samples are generally those depicted on the items shown however other color fabrics may be available. If manufacturers have additional fabric swatches and color stains available you can access this from the area under the photograph of the product. On most occasions fabrics shown are generally specially priced for particular products and other non standard fabrics requested may increase the price of the product.
How do I place my order ? Simply fill out and E-Mail to us the product order form on the order pages. You can also call us on 9408 3559 or E-Mail us on sales@pinewoodfurniture.com.au We will then call you back the next business day to take your order over the phone after which an order confirmation will be sent to you by mail confirming details of your order.
What methods of payment do you accept ? We accept all major credit cards, money orders, personal cheques and bank transfers. C.O.D. terms at this time are not available. All orders require a minimum amount of 30% deposit at the time the order is placed and the balance of the amount is to be paid or charged to your credit card prior to delivery.

What is your warranty policy ? All of our products come with a full manufacturers warranty which vary in length from one (1) to ten (10) years. Specifics on warranty service depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location.
Please note that warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge but if your item is required to be returned to the manufacturer you will be responsible for freight charges.
What happens if I cancel my order ? After you have placed your order, if you decide to cancel AND we are able to cancel your order with the factory before your particular product is put into production, there will be no charge.
Please be aware however that generally the production process begins at the factory once the order is given to them, and after orders are in production we are not able to effect cancellations.
Accordingly we are required to accept delivery of all products ordered. If you cancel your order after your order is in production you will be required to pay a 15% re-stocking charge as well as freight charges to our location in Shepparton, Victoria.
Do you have a return policy if I am not satisfied with the product ? Once you receive your order you have seven (7) days to decide if you would like to return the product to us. If so, you would be responsible for a re-stocking fee of 15% and the freight charges to send the item/s back to us to our physical location in Kialla. If you decide to order a replacement for the item/s you are returning (of the same value or greater), we may waive the 15 % re-stocking fee but you will still be responsible for the freight charges for the return of the item back to us.
