What Is The Delivery Policy ?

Due to the fact that we supply furniture to ebanctrade mmembers right across Australia delivery charges are quoted on an individual basis and where possible we use trade carriers. Please contact us for a quote.

Delivery does not include unpacking or assembly of boxed items or assembly of un-assembled beds etc however this can be organized if prior arrangements are made.

When will my order be delivered ?

Order times will vary depending on the products that you order and the manufacturers involved, however, you can generally expect the following delivery estimates.

Art + Collectables:	2 to 3 weeks
Mattresses:	3 to 4 weeks
Imported Hardwood Furniture:	4 to 6 weeks
Bedroom & Dining Room Furniture:	6 to 10 weeks
Lounge Suites & Sofa's:	6 to 12 weeks
All other categories:	6 to 12 weeks

Please note that the above times are estimates only and are based on our best judgement. If at any time it becomes apparent that there is going to be an unusual delay with your order we will notify you.

Notification of Delivery

Our contractors will contact you prior to the delivery to set up a convenient day and general time window for your order to be delivered. NOTE: If no-one is home when the organised delivery is attempted you will incur a re-delivery charge which varies depending on the carrier so be sure to have some-one present during the time window the contractors have arranged with you.
